Stephen Schneider helped draw public attention to the increasingly urgent issue of climate change. Stephen looked at finding inventive and effective ways in which South Australia can meet the challenges to sustainability, prosperity and wellbeing that climate change presents.

Professor Stephen Schneider passed away on 19 July, 2010, aged 65.
